March subscription of sourdough einkorn ciabatta
Order 100% Einkorn Sourdough Ciabatta to be prepared for you weekly for the month of March (4 Thursdays). Your first order will be ready for pick up on Thursday March 4th, then every Thursday of the month of March.
Naturally fermented einkorn ciabatta , made of stone milled and sifted organic einkorn flour, filtered water, organic olive oil, pink Himalayan salt and einkorn sourdough culture.
Einkorn is an ancient grain that has remained untouched by civilizations. Packed with minerals such as Iron and vitamins including Group B, as well as many more . The gluten in einkorn lacks high molecular weight proteins that many people can’t digest, making it a great alternative for those with gluten and wheat sensitivity. Long fermentation process makes it even easier to digest.
For orders of $50 or greater, we offer free delivery for those in the Lancaster, Lititz, or Manheim. Otherwise, you must pick up your order. Our pick-up location is in Lancaster. Starting in September, the pick up day will be moved to Thursdays. You must place your order by Tuesday 8:00pm. You will be able to pick up your order from the bakery on Thursday between 11am and 8:30pm. If you need an earlier pick up time, please contact me. The pick up address is on the bottom of the home page. We will send you a reminder email or text the day your order is ready for pick-up. The bakery is in a private residence, meaning there is no store front. You may either ring the door bell or text us when you arrive.
All bread is made per order and is non-refundable. If you'd like to cancel your order, notice must be submitted 2 days in advance due to the long preparation process. Late cancellations will not be accepted.
